Another artwork for the Creative Every Day Challenge. The theme is Green.

This month I’ve been very busy with my exams. When they ended, I was left with so little time to think in something that matches the theme. I searched in my unfinished artwork paste and I found a very pretty sketch of Link in his Hyrule Warriors version, that I made when the game was announced (sometime ago, hahaha). I decided to finish it! Level of HYPE for this game: 10000%. (although I will not be able to play this game so soon… but we got youtube).

Who knows, maybe I’ll make one with Zelda and Impa, Hyrule Warriors version. I loved their design! (and I loved to be able to play as both)

And also… so rare, I managed to finish a drawing that is not a woman. So yay!

Mais um artwork para o Creative Every Day Challenge. O tema é Green (Verde).

Estive esse mês ocupada com as minhas provas. Quando terminei, sobrou bem pouco tempo para pensar em algo que combinasse com o tema. Fui olhar minha pasta de artworks não terminados e encontrei um esboço bem bonitinho do Link versão Hyrule Warriors, que fiz quando o jogo foi anunciado(faz um tempinho né, hahaha). Decidi terminar! Level de HYPE para esse jogo: 10000%. (apesar de que não vou poder jogar tão cedo… mas youtube está aí pra isso né.)

Quem sabe faço um com a Zelda e a Impa na versão Hyrule Warriors também? Adorei o design delas! (e adorei poder jogar com as minhas duas divas, claro).

E também… muita raridade eu conseguir terminar um desenho que não seja uma mulher. Então yay!

This year, I’m participating in Creative Every Day Challenge. Each month I’ll post an artwork to go with the theme. This June, the theme is Green.

From my sketchbook: since last year, I’ve been drawing a lot of characters as kokeshis. Who knows, maybe one day I’ll transform one in an amigurumi?

It’s also my fifth entry to Creative Every Day Challenge. May’s theme is “Decorate”… one of the prompts was to go back to an old drawing and finish it. Which I did. I started this one back in January, so I decided to go back to it, and finish it (which is pretty much decorated too… this kimono so full of details!)

I’ll see if I can finish the others, and make a full set of kokeshis (I sketched Yuuko, Sakura/CCS verse, three Zeldas, Hylia, Hilda and Rukia! My sister asked for a Kohane.)

Direto do meu caderninho: desde ano passado, tenho desenhado vários personagens versão kokeshi. Quem sabe um dia desses não transformo os desenhos em amigurumi?

Este também é o quinto desenho para o Creative Every Day Challenge. O tema desse mês é “Decorate” (Decorar)…. uma das propostas era voltar a um desenho antigo e terminá-lo. Foi o que eu fiz. Desenhei e comecei a colorir esse em janeiro, e decidi então voltar para ele (que é bem decorado… esse kimono cheio de detalhes!).

Vou ver se consigo terminar os outros e fazer quem sabe assim uma série de kokeshis inspiradas em personagens (nos rabiscos já tenho a Yuuko, a Sakura/CCS verse, três Zeldas, Hylia, Hilda e Rukia! Minha irmã pediu uma da Kohane.)

This year, I’m participating in Creative Every Day Challenge. Each month I’ll post an artwork to go with the theme. This May, the theme is Decorate.

My fourth entry to Creative Every Day Challenge. April’s theme is Spring. Sure, it’s a bit strange, since I live on the south hemisphere, and Autumn just started. But I decided to keep following the theme, although is optional. I was sketching freely, and I ended up drawing a fairy. For the first time in this challenge, I did not draw one of my sister’s character. But it was so dificult to come up with a name for her… so I ended up looking on those RPG name’s generator, hahaha. After looking in about 50 generators, I picked Kiki Treefog. Because I think it sounds cute. (◡‿◡✿)

Also, I used a very limited pallete, only with accented analogic colors. The pallete comes from Color Scheme Designer, a very nice tool to help matching colors.

Esse desenho foi feito para a minha quarta participação no Creative Every Day Challenge. O tema deste mês é “Spring” (Primavera). É claro que parece estranho, já que vivo no hemisfério sul, e aqui começou o Outono. Mas decidi continuar seguindo o tema, apesar de ser opcional. Estava rabiscando sem compromisso e acabei desenhando uma fada. Pela primeira vez nesse desafio, não fiz nenhum personagem de alguma história da minha irmã. Mas foi uma dificuldade e tanto encontrar um nome para ela… acabei indo naqueles geradores de nomes para RPG, hahaha. Depois de uns 50 sites de geradores de nome, escolhi Kiki Treefog. Porque achei que ficaria fofinho. (◡‿◡✿)

Também usei uma paleta limitada,  de cores análogas, mais o amarelo/verde para acentuar. Tirei a paleta do Color Scheme Designer, uma ferramenta muito legal para ajudar a combinar cores.
